Walk and Train

Training walks are 1 on 1 with a qualified trainer, designed to address any behavioural problems you may be facing. Using only positive training techniques, we aim to lay the foundations of understanding for your dog, in order to set them up on the road to success. We will keep you updated on your dogs progress, encourage you to try and incorporate this training into your daily life and always be available if you have any questions or concerns. If you want your dog to “go to school” while you’re at work, then a walk and train is the experience for your Happy Hound!

OUR PROMISE TO YOU: 

  • We always turn up!

  • We go out rain, hail or shine! 

  • 1 on 1 with a qualified trainer!

  • 1 full hour out and about; we never cut the walks short!

  • A great way to split up a long day home alone!

  • Video updates, training steps and recommendations sent to owner after each walk.

 

PRICE:

  • 1 hour walk and train = $75/hr

Problem behaviours that can be addressed during training walks: 

  • Pulling on lead

  • General obedience

  • Recall

  • Jumping up

*Please note that these walks will only improve your animals behaviour in conjunction with you following the same training steps and protocols on a daily basis for consistency.

The walk and train experience allows us to work together in order to overcome any behavioural issues you are facing with your dog.  As well as that, our training walks provide both physical exercise AND mental simulation for your Happy Hound; it’s a win win for everyone!
